Medium Growth Ring Charcuterie Board

Made with curly maple from Nova Scotia’s Digby Neck and inlaid with Baco Noir grape vine sections from Bear River Vineyards in the Annapolis Valley. French settlers first planted grape vines in Bear River in the year 1611.

Dimensions 35.5cm long x 15.25cm wide

The back of the charcuterie board is drilled and t-slotted so that it can be hung on the wall, as art, in either landscape or portrait format, when not in use.

Boards are finished with multiple coats of tung oil. Regular oiling is required as maintenance, especially after use. (It also makes cleanup easier). After use, boards should be cleaned by wiping with soap and water, (never submerge), and then oiled. Any food-grade mineral oil is fine; simply wipe on generously, wait ten minutes and wipe off the excess. The board comes with care instructions and a flocked vinyl clutch case.
