“In Norse mythology the God Odin kept two ravens “Huginn” and “Muninn” whos names translate as Thought and Memory. Each day he sent them out into the world to see what was happening.
This painting allowed me to revisit one of my favourite subjects, and the light of dawn breaking allowed me to present them in suitably mythic style. For me, this painting is all about the opportunities and experiences of a new day.”

"I worked for most of my career in graphic design and illustration, having established a successful agency while in England. During that time I had also been constantly developing my skills as an artist until I took the plunge and committed to my art full time. Since then I haven't looked back. Why would I?
